Kim Oaganh is a real estate professional who has worked in the office leasing business for several years.
She joined the company as a realtor in 2010.
She has worked for a number of real estate companies, including the New York City-based brokerage.

She is a partner in a new real estate brokerage, The Ogganhans Real Estate Group, that specializes in office leases.
The Oggans Group is focused on leasing offices and office space.
Ogannis says her new company will be focused on commercial real estate as well.
She says she is focused in particular on office leasing.
Oagannis has been a real-estate agent for many years and has worked on leasing properties for large firms such as Citibank and Bank of America.
Oahan says she was surprised when she was hired by the Ogganhs.
She said she wanted to get involved in a business that has a real impact on people’s lives.
“I’m very excited about it and very thankful that they have given me a chance to do this,” Oganni said.
Oghanh said she and her husband started The Ogans Group in 2014 after their family left an apartment in New York’s Brooklyn neighborhood.
She and her partner started leasing office space, and the couple’s goal was to lease as many as they could in New Jersey, New York and Florida.
Ogonh said her office has more than 10,000 square feet of office space now.
Her company is working on commercial leases as well, including for the real estate industry.
Ogannisi said her first clients were in New Orleans and then in New England.
She’s worked for several companies, but this is the first time she’s working with the office space industry.
“This is really a great opportunity to bring real estate and office leasing into the next level,” she said.
She said the Ogans have been able to attract clients from around the world, and they’ve worked with more than 100 people.
She noted that one of the biggest things about her new business is her focus on office leases, which can last up to 10 years.
“We have a very low turnover, and we’ve got a really strong, loyal customer base,” she added.
“We really have a great team here.
“I think that is the biggest reason why we are here. “
