Binh Dinh Duans new house is for sale.
The family has owned the property for a few years, but recently they decided to sell the house.
“We are happy to have the home and are looking forward to moving in,” the seller told ABC News.
But they want to get rid of the house and put their money in a more permanent home.
“Our goal is to move the house, but that can take time,” said the buyer, Kim Oanhh.
The couple bought the property in June of 2017 for $2.6 million, but the home hasn’t sold in the last year.
The listing says the home has been sold.
The home is located on the corner of Van Duong Drive and Van Duongs property line.
The address is: Bins Rd. 4, Van Duings, BinhDuong, V8B 1A9.
The property is about 20 minutes drive from Bonshui City.
A home inspector says the property is in a good condition and there are no visible signs of damage.
The buyer says the house is well-kept and in good condition.
“The only reason why we are asking $2 million is because we wanted to move in and that is all we are looking for,” said Kim Oaths husband.
The house was built in the late 1970s.
It was originally listed for $1.7 million in the early 1990s, but has since been sold for a higher price.
It’s unclear if the property will ever be put up for sale again.
