Binh Quong, the luxury apartments building on Binh Duc, has been set to open in late March.
The building has been named Binh Dup, after the former city of Binh-Duong, a former French colony that has become a popular tourist attraction and a hub for local residents.
The new building will have around 700 apartments in total, with more than half of them priced at $300,000 to $400,000 per month.
It’s expected to open by the end of March.
BinhDuong is set to offer its own unique brand of apartments, offering both the traditional, detached and spacious units, and also an expansive garden garden.
It will also feature an impressive pool and spa, a private dining area, and a heated swimming pool.
The company has said it plans to have a fully functional, all-inclusive spa as well.
Binhs apartment prices are expected to go as high as $350,000 for the standard unit and $500,000 if you opt for a detached apartment.
A small terrace in the back of the building offers views over the water.
The apartments will be located in a new area called the “Cambell”, which has been designed by renowned architect John Meeks.
BinH Duong is currently a mixed-use development, but the building will also include retail space, restaurants, retail shops, a public market, a gym, and more.
