Bintong Duong is a small town on the border between Taiwan and China.
There are few buildings, and only one street, the main thoroughfare of the main road.
People pass by in a single-file line.
The street is lined with plastic barriers and painted yellow and orange to make it look like a Chinese street.
They look suspicious.
They’re not Chinese.
They have never been Chinese.
The people who live here, the Binhs, have lived here for years.
When I first arrived in Binh duongs town, I thought it was just another small Chinese village, and it was.
But when I saw the people here, I realized they have never left.
They are the residents of Binh, and they have always lived here.
They call it a home, and the people have called it their home.
I am not sure I am going to be able to call it their house any time soon.
The town has never been part of China, and even if it were, it would not be recognized by the Chinese government.
But Binh has been a Chinese-controlled enclave for years, and for good reason: the population is more than 70 percent Chinese.
As the Chinese Communist Party celebrates the 70th anniversary of its founding in 2021, many in the town are wondering what to do about the situation.
What if China’s new leader, Xi Jinping, is not able to fulfill his promise of “national rejuvenation”?
Or if he is not allowed to build the new city?
What about the rights of people to self-determination?
What if there is no one in power?
Many in Binah believe that a vote in 2017 would be the only way for them to vote their conscience.
The city’s population has been dwindling for decades, with the population in the early 1990s only 10 percent.
In 2016, the government officially recognized the city as a city-state, but only to allow the government to manage the area.
People here say the Chinese leaders have made it clear that they want to control the region, and have made the people of Binah fear for their lives.
So people are living on the edge, and with no idea what to expect in the near future.
The community has grown rapidly in recent years, but the residents are not as rich as they used to be.
It is unclear if Binh will ever be able have the same economic stability as other Chinese cities.
But there is hope that it may one day be a thriving city, and people will come back to Binh.

The government is trying to build a new city in Binha.
It’s part of a $1.3 billion project that has been going on for years in the Chinese city of Binha, but now that it is nearing completion, it is being used to help China become a major power.
The project is meant to be the Chinese equivalent of Disneyland, with a theme park and a hotel.
The park is to be a symbol of the Chinese dream: a giant city that is the next step toward becoming the world’s second-largest economy.
Bingts plans for the park are not without problems.
According to a recent report by the city, the project is being run behind closed doors.
The reports, from the Taiwan Ministry of Tourism, have been shared with the Chinese media, and Chinese authorities have not said what exactly is going on.
However, some people are confident that the park will be successful, and Binha Duong residents say they are willing to work together with the government if it allows them to.

They say they want Binh to become a hub for Chinese business.
The village has about 6,000 people.
They hope to create a hub where people can meet, shop, and get their needs met, and that will allow the town to grow.
But Bong Du, a village elder (Image: Mua Zhang) A new city for Binh?
The Binhs have not heard anything about it.
The Chinese government has not said anything about the project.
But what if the new Chinese city does not
