A real estate agent is helping to bring a new kind of housing to San Francisco.
The Binh Duongs have been selling their houses for a while.
They say they need more people in the city, but they are struggling with traffic.
The property is located in the heart of the city near the Ferry Building, and they say they have a long-term lease that expires in 2026.
That means they need to buy the property again, and with the vacancy rate, it’s going to be a challenge.
Binhs owner and broker, Boon Chien, said he doesn’t have a problem selling houses in San Franciscans new-build housing crisis.
The neighborhood has seen an influx of young families, who want to live in the Bay Area, but can’t find housing in the neighborhood.
Chien said he is able to help people find affordable housing, but there are still problems in the market.
He says the housing market in San Jose is also still struggling, but not as badly.
The real estate company is called Binh Dao Real Estate, and Chien is a real estate broker.
He said the company has helped people find apartments in a lot of neighborhoods in San Fran.
