Binh-Duong, a condominium in the heart of the city, was sold for $1 million in April.
Binh is a major city center, with restaurants, shopping malls and a shopping center, according to the listing.
The condominium has a total floor area of about 2,000 square feet.
It’s in the same block as the nearby Old City Plaza.
It will be built on top of the Binh Development, which will include office space and apartments, the listing says.
The Condominium Board of Trade said in a statement the sale was a win for both Binh and the City of Hanoi.
“This is a big win for the city of Hantongs history and culture and for the development of Binh,” it said.
The Binh Real Estate Corporation of Hsinchu announced the sale in a press release.
