Kim Oanhs real estate company, My Phut Land, is on schedule to build its first two buildings on land in Cambodia’s central Highlands province.

The project, which will be financed by a US concession loan from Mr Trump’s administration, is set for completion in 2019.
It is also one of two major Australian real estate projects on track for completion this year.
It’s part of the My Lens development, which includes a shopping mall, apartment buildings, office parks, and residential developments in the province of My Lek.
The My Lener development, near My Lening, will be the second project in the region and will include a hotel and shopping mall.
It will also include an industrial park, a medical centre, a park, and a water park.
In 2018, My Lene also signed a $3.5 million US$4 million US-Cambodia concessional lending program.
In addition to the construction of the two buildings, MyLens is also working on a third site, a three-storey office tower, with a planned completion date of 2022.
The company also recently signed a multi-million dollar US$10 million concessional development loan with the State Department.
